I'm a Seattle, Washington native who enjoys building solutions for companies. I've worked as a Solutions Engineer for over 20 years, specializing in developing and implementing software solutions that improve business processes. I have worked extensively with WMS and ERP systems, API-driven shipping solutions, and document automation, integrating company data to generate multiple forms of output (HTML-driven emails, custom forms, shipping labels, packing slips, invoices, and customer-specific data output).

My experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating technical documentation, and integrating data across various platforms.
