I'm a Seattle, Washington native who enjoys building solutions for companies. I've worked as a Technical Account Manager and Solutions and Integration Engineer for over 20 years, specializing in the development and implementation of software solutions that enhance business processes. I have worked extensively with WMS/ERP systems, SaaS Applications, RESTful API-driven shipping solutions, and document automation, integrating company data (CSV, XML, PCL, API) to generate multiple forms of output (HTML-driven emails, custom forms, shipping labels, packing slips, invoices, and customer-specific data output).
My experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating technical documentation, and integrating data across various platforms. Passionate about continuous improvement, I focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing technology adoption, and bridging backend and frontend solutions to create seamless user experiences.
